Terms of Service

License terms

Purchased plugin licenses are perpetual and non-expiring. Each license permits activation on the number of sites covered by the purchased plan.

Activation

Licenses are validated against an authorized activation list. Moving a site requires deactivating the previous domain, which frees an activation slot.

Updates

Valid licenses receive automatic updates through the PixelPass update server for the lifetime of the license.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on plugin purchases. Contact support within 14 days for a full refund.
